The command to plot this file is:
punto -V -z 1:2:3:4 file.dat
The data.dat file has four columns: x and y position, vx and vy velocities.
The numbers in the upper left corner means:
Num: is the number of particles in the actual data block.
Block: is the current data block of the data file
